Shipping policy

Wick & Spice commits to packaging your order with care in a timely manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

 

Wick & Spice:

  • only ships to addresses within the United States.

  • processes and ships all orders in 2-4 business days (Mon - Fri).

  • is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. While we do our best to ensure safe delivery by individually wrapping each candle, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • cannot guarantee the carrier’s transit time, including delays, or the arrival date/time of the order.

  • ships orders only via UPS or USPS.

  • calculates and displays shipping charges (cost, carrier, method) at checkout prior to submission of payment.

  • sends a Shipment Confirmation email to the email provided at the time of order once your order has shipped. This email contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
